Diary Entry: 16th March 2024

This week has felt really really interesting.

Iโ€™ve cried tears of overwhelm (yesterday) and Iโ€™ve punched the air in joy.

Iโ€™ve felt really supported and equally really stretched.

But on reflection, Iโ€™ve brought a lot of balance in this week.

I had reflexology and Reiki on Wednesday with Suzanne Morgan and Gemma Bennett.

And I was reminded how important it is to tune the noise out.

Even if the noise is exciting you.

And it is. There are lots of big moments happening behind closed doors right now ๐Ÿšช

And there are lots of big moments being shared with the team too โœจ

Our latest of which dropped on Friday night and we are BUZZING!!!! ๐Ÿ’ฅ

But back to this weekโ€ฆ.

I like to bring in new voices and speakers every few months ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ

I feel it keeps us open and interested in self development, and in turn that helps us tune into the core of our business – OURSELVES.

And too often as business owners we donโ€™t MAKE the time or investment to do this โฐ

But we MUST.

This month we hosted Jenny for an energy alignment session, which was recommended by Krystle Ward who is noticeably excelling in her business and was our โ€œEmerald Broker of the Yearโ€ in 2023.

Looking at Krystleโ€™s personal growth last year we all knew there had to be something in it!

And there was.

Using kiniseology, we uncovered some of our deeply held beliefs that could be affecting our ability to achieve our career goals.

And my god, it was FASCINATING.

I didnโ€™t know Iโ€™d been carrying such a big fear around with me.

Such a huge block.

And it got me thinking ๐Ÿค”

How often are we carrying our own deeply held beliefs that are affecting us every single day?

โ€œIโ€™m not good enoughโ€

โ€œI donโ€™t deserve to be successfulโ€

โ€œIโ€™m not the sort of person who earns thatโ€

โ€œWhat will people think if I fail?โ€

โ€œWhat will people think if I succeed?โ€

Itโ€™s SO important we uncover our truths. However uncomfortable it makes us.

Because those truths are standing in the way of you and your happiness. Your goals.

And shockingly you can find out what those truths are by asking your body โ€œyesโ€ and โ€œnoโ€ questionsโ€ฆโ€ฆ

Your subconscious moves your body backwards or forwards and responds!! ๐Ÿคฏ

Try it before you dismiss it. It was amazing.

And something Iโ€™ll be using again and again.

Iโ€™ve taught it to my kids this week too, and I think it will be invaluable.

I ended the week seeing our Charley O’Neill in industry press talking about topics such as finance in schools, learning BSL and her views on the market.

And PROUD is an understatement.

I LOVE SEEING WOMEN CLAIMING THEIR OWN POWER AND RISING ๐Ÿ’ฅ

It is absolutely part of my purpose and what fuels me.

And it is that feeling that is coming with me into Jackโ€™s 1st birthday weekend and another week in this chair.

Onto week 11โ€ฆโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ“†

Big things are ahead! โœจ

From my heart to yours,

Sarah xx
