Katie Brown

Fresh out of college & unsure what career path she might take; Katie started as a trainee at a local Estate Agents which instilled her passion for everything property. Her drive & determination saw her career hotfoot to a property valuer and it was at this point Katie set sights on assisting another side of the buying & selling process and began to work as a mortgage administrator whilst studying towards her CeMAP qualification.

‘Having bought my first property when I was just 19; which I then remortgaged to complete a full back to brick renovation, I experienced just how much the right advice & mortgage can impact your life for the better. I have so much enthusiasm because of my own personal experiences & through assisting my clients in buying their dream home, this drives me to really understand my clients needs and search for the best overall outcome when sourcing a mortgage.’

Katie is able to offer advice across the UK but is based between Cumbria, The Lake District & Lincolnshire which is great for clients who would prefer to meet face to face in the Northern region.

When Katie isn’t travelling across country; she enjoys spending time with her family & friends with most Sundays spent supporting her Partner who coaches her brother’s football team or in the Lakes hiking the challenging Wainwrights with her sister & friends.
