The London Institute of Banking and Finance is the go-to destination for anyone looking to enter into a career in finance. As the awarding body for many qualifications, including CeMAP, the qualification needed to be a mortgage broker, it’s a name synonymous with quality and excellence in the world of finance.

Business Manager Sally Mitchell and Senior Broker Kim Balasubramaniam were invited to share the inspiring story of The Mortgage Mum with delegates at their inaugural annual conference in April 2023.

Their presentation covered the journey of The Mortgage Mum from a fledgling business to a nationally recognised brand and included topics such as our passion for using the media as a marketing tool, to our ethos of flexible working and our plans for the future.

Delegates were clearly inspired by the talk, with many staying on (through their lunch break!) to ask questions of Sally and Kim. We were delighted to have been asked to share our story at such an industry leading event.
