Toni Caldwell

Toni completed her CeMap qualifications in April 2025 and very soon after joined The Mortgage Mum team.

Known for her professionalism, approachable nature, and strong organisational skills, she ensures cases are managed with accuracy and care. A dedicated team player, she values building trust with clients and colleagues alike.  Toni brings her expertise and people-first approach to The Mortgage Mum having over 25 years of experience in estate agency, mainly on the sales progression side.

Outside of work Toni being a proud mum of two she can be found taxing around one of her daughters to cheerleading! She enjoys a busy family focused life! When Toni has the time, she relaxes by practicing Yoga and Pilates or going on mini breaks with her husband
