Rishi Sunak announced an extension to the stamp duty land tax until 30 June 2021 for properties under £500,000. From 30 June to 30 September this will be reduced to £250,000; and from 1 October 2021 this will be back to the original cap of £125,000.

Rishi also announced a 95% LTV mortgage guarantee scheme which will be launched on 1st April 2021. Watch this space for more details of this coming soon!
