With over 18 years’ experience working in leading international law firms, Kayleigh Taylor brings a wealth of operational, project and leadership expertise to her role as Operations Manager at The Mortgage Mum.

Kayleigh began her career as a Trainee Personal Assistant before progressing to Executive Assistant, gaining invaluable experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments. She later transitioned from business support into technology and operations, becoming a Project Coordinator before joining Norton Rose Fulbright as a Portfolio & Finance Manager. Most recently, she was part of the firm’s leadership team as an Engagement Manager, where she focused on driving operational excellence, collaboration and strategic growth.

Now at The Mortgage Mum, Kayleigh is excited to be part of a business whose values truly resonate with her. She is passionate about creating efficient processes, supporting the team, and helping the business continue its exciting growth journey.
