Zoë lives in South Manchester and is a proud wife and mum of two young children.

After more than 15 years working in operations and communications, she decided it was time for a change that would allow her to be more present for her family. Joining The Mortgage Mum as a part-time Case Manager and Administrator felt like the perfect fit, combining meaningful work with the balance she was looking for.

Having recently moved house herself, Zoë understands first-hand how stressful the process can be and enjoys playing her small part in helping make the journey as smooth and straightforward as possible for clients.

You’re unlikely to find Zoë sitting still. When she’s not at work or running round after the kids, she enjoys catching up with friends by doing something creative, heading out into the hills for a bike ride with her husband or taking part in the occasional sprint triathlon or gym competition.
