Truth bomb 💣: It’s been a week of ups and downs

THE UPS

– Appearing on THIS MORNING as their Mortgage Expert 📺

– Spending time doing 2024 1:1’s with our incredible team 🙏🏻

– Our amazing GOAL SETTING WORKSHOP with Lisa Lucio

I have to admit the week started on a MASSIVE high with my appearance on This Morning 📺 Just WOW!

It really is a dream come true for me to have appeared on there again. I always said I wanted a regular slot on there and it’s happening ✨

I was reminded that doing something outside of your comfort zone really IS where the magic lies – the energy you feel after is contagious and you can make your BEST business decisions from this elevated place✨

But when you’re chasing your goals I was reminded in the workshop that it’s not wise to focus on too many things at the same time.

You need to prioritise your goals before diving in. I am definitely guilty of having too many goals at once.

And I then get totally overwhelmed!

Because the truth is (another 💣) you can’t do it ALL.

You can do anything.

But not everything.

And certainly not at the same time.

THE DOWNS

– Letting go of maternity leave and the space you have with your baby is challenging. The vulnerability is real. And the sleepless nights add a whole other layer. He’s doing amazing, but it’s still hard.

– Overwhelm 🤯 This emotion crosses my path a lot and it’s something I’m working on. But when your brain is full, there’s so much you want to do and there’s not enough time. Cue inner 💥

– Time ⏰ I am going to learn to pace myself this year. Take my time. I won’t be rushed. This is something I’m taking from my maternity leave back to my desk.

Nothing is as urgent as people think it is.

Let that one sink in.

Onto week 2 and I’m excited to see what lies ahead!

How has your week been? ✨
