Katarzyna Kucharska

Katarzyna, known to most of her clients as Kasia, has been supporting individuals and families across the UK in protecting what matters most since 2018. As a Senior Protection Adviser, she brings both experience and a genuine passion for helping people feel secure and confident about their future.

Kasia is known for her warm, honest and straightforward approach. She believes protection shouldn’t feel complicated or overwhelming, and takes pride in explaining everything clearly and simply, so her clients can make informed decisions with confidence.

She focuses on building long-term relationships based on trust, always taking the time to understand each client’s personal circumstances, priorities and future goals. Her recommendations are thoughtful, tailored and designed to fit both needs and budget.

Before moving to the UK, Katarzyna completed a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management and Recreation in Poland. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail are reflected in the way she supports her clients from the very first conversation through to policy completion and beyond.

Outside of work, Kasia leads an active lifestyle and regularly trains at the gym. She also takes part in charity events, including Race for Life, combining her passion for fitness with supporting meaningful causes. She values quality time with her family and enjoys travelling, which helps her maintain a positive and balanced outlook on life.
