“So now you’re a Mum, do you think you should just do admin instead?”
This was a genuine question one of our brokers was asked once she had a baby.
A successful, high earning broker 
Not by us, by her last employer. 
How short sighted!
Don’t you realise what happens to a woman when she becomes a Mother?! 
She doesn’t become powerless, she finds her power. 
She doesn’t lose her focus, she becomes laser focused. 
She doesn’t stop caring, she cares more. 
Yes she changes. Wow, does she change. She’s grown a tiny human. Of course she’ll change. For the first time she may actually realise how INCREDIBLE she really is. Always was. 
Maybe that’s the change you feel. 
Maybe this is a lesson for you.
She would have worked so hard for you.
She would have created even more success.
She would have connected to your clients in a brand new way.
But I’m glad she didn’t. Because you would never have straightened her crown. 
And that Queen deserved to be celebrated, not put down.
Just like all the women do.
Never underestimate them.
And please don’t let them underestimate you.
